What it's like to be a Northbridge Office Services Administrator
The Office Services Administrator is responsible for performing assigned Office Services and facilities related activities within the Vancouver office, including support to all Western region offices. The incumbent will work in conjunction with the Manager, Office Services Western Region to ensure that all routine and non-routine office support functions are carried out according to prescribed and non-prescribed procedures.

Handling Reception
Facility, business, and administrative support
Mailroom functions
If you have:
Post Secondary Education in Clerical, Office Administration, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of office administrative and customer service experience
General insurance or business knowledge an asset
Working knowledge of work routines and procedures associated with most office support service functions.
Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The annualized base salary range for this role is $43,000 - $65,000, which reflects the expected base pay or – not the total compensation package, if applicable. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
