[What the role is]

Office of Student Support - Snr Exec/Asst Manager/Dy Manager (Student Support)

[What you will be working on]

The primary roles are to: 

1.    Support and implement initiatives relating to further education and career pathways, as well as scholarships/awards, to enhance students’ readiness for tertiary study and career development.
2.    Assist with programme delivery, student engagement, and resource development supporting students’ pathways. 
3.    Provide operational, administrative, and data management support across functions within the Office of Student Support (OSS).


Main Responsibilities:

Programme Management
•    Implement initiatives that build students’ awareness and strengthen readiness for further education and career pathways, and scholarship opportunities.
•    Coordinate and provide logistical and administrative support for programme activities such as workshops, conferences, and development programmes focused on Autonomous Universities (AU) progression and scholarship readiness.
•    Manage AUs green harvesting and nominations processes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion of submissions.
•    Respond to student inquiries and provide guidance on scholarship opportunities, eligibility criteria, and application processes, including triage for varying support needs.

Communications & Outreach
•    Contribute to the development of resources that support diverse student profiles in exploring further education and career pathways, including conversation guides, tools and training materials used by mentors to facilitate purposeful conversations.
•    Execute publicity and outreach initiatives to increase awareness of further education and scholarship opportunities and related programmes among students and mentors. 

Data Management & Reporting
•    Maintain accurate and up-to-date datasets related to programme participation and nominations.
•    Prepare reports to support programme tracking, monitoring, and operational planning.
