Job Summary
• This role is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic business plans and initiatives within the organization.  Working within the Office of the MD there are a number of tasks and projects that cover the GTM and wider organisation.


Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities within the Office of the MD including and not restricted to:

  • ELT review preparation work and follow up

  • AEM co-ordination including content creation

  • UKI communications

  • Managing events from OFMD with our partners/retailers and customers

  • UK&I Kick-off support with planning and execution

  • Early Careers initiatives – such as the World of Work initiative

  • Working with the intern on day to day tasks supporting them in their role


• Helps in ensuring that business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders.
• Supports communication of the plan and progress to various stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
• Ensures that all business plans and initiatives adhere to legal and ethical standards, while also monitoring regulatory changes and compliance requirements.
• Suggests business plan recommendations based on thorough assessments of potential risks and returns.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.
