Office Manager
Currently, we are looking for an Office Manager to join our highly motivated and inspired team in Zentiva Croatia. This is a maternity leave replacement engagement. The minimal engagement period is 1 year.
What would be your main responsibilities:
managing all activities related to the functioning of the office
ensuring compliance with statutory standards in company operations
assistance in accounting processes (bookkeeping, payment, communication with outsourced accountant)
supporting marketing events (preparing contracts, organizing events, catering)
administrative support to all departments
booking transport and accommodation
organizing company events
managing various databases and business archives
ensuring and monitoring compliance with GDPR legislation
We need you to have:
High school education or university degree (SSS or VSS)
No professional experience required
Full-time employment or student contract
Strong skills with IT systems and MS Office products, particularly Excel
Basic knowledge in written and spoken English
