About the role...

As the Office Manager / People Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with managers and employees to make sure the office is running smoothly while managing our inventory, vendors, shipping, and budgets.  You will schedule events, meetings and travel.

Our Office Manager is the face of our organisation. As the champion of our culture, you will take the lead on planning and organising our regular social events and parties. You will also own greeting guests and new hires and giving them an incredible experience at Bullhorn.

A typical day might include...

Office & Facilities Management

  • Manage day-to-day office operations across APAC, partnering with landlords, building management, and vendors to ensure a safe, well-run, and welcoming workplace

  • Oversee office budgets, supplies, inventory, shipping, and equipment logistics for the region

  • Coordinate office access, meeting rooms, guest and new hire reception, and on-site logistics

  • Ensure office upkeep including refreshments, common areas, maintenance, and repairs

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Support APAC hiring initiatives through effective, cost-conscious sourcing and screening strategies

  • Conduct CV reviews, initial phone screens, and provide concise candidate summaries to hiring managers

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and manage a smooth, positive candidate experience end to end

  • Maintain accurate, real-time recruitment documentation in Workday and support APAC onboarding programmes

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Plan and deliver office events, social activities, and engagement initiatives across APAC, including for remote employees

  • Manage APAC employee morale budget and develop regionally relevant engagement programmes

  • Coordinate regional marketing initiatives, events, and company swag distribution

  • Act as a cultural ambassador, championing Bullhorn values and employee experience across APAC

Operations Support

  • Support HR onboarding processes including office orientation, welcome kits, and Right to Work checks

  • Maintain accurate employee and customer data within Workday and sales systems

  • Partner with global HR and IT teams on APAC-specific operational, compliance, and technical needs

  • Process invoices, expenses, and provide operational support to Sales and internal teams
