A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As an Office Manager, you ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of an office by overseeing administrative tasks, staff support, and facility maintenance. In this role, you will report to the General Manager (Penang Plant).

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Provide a diversified and complete range of administrative supports to Penang Operations.
  • Procure office and pantry supplies, equipment and coordination of office maintenance.
  • Business travel and visitors’ logistic arrangement and visa applications.
  • Central Control of Indirect Purchase Requisition.
  • Monitor and budget the office expenses and capital expenditure.
  • Control the cost of office expenses with the balance of the office supplies’ stock level and their qualities.
  • Support the coordination and planning of on-site and off-site company meetings and events including event location research, travel logistics, and venue arrangements.
  • Responsible for Penang office space evaluation, office renovations and relocations.

Skills You Bring:

  • Diploma graduate with 5 years of administrative/secretarial experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, act independently, exercise judgment in a variety of duties, follow-through and to meet deadlines.
  • Experience handling travel arrangements, including diverting of travel.
  • Has the proactive, detail-oriented, exhibit considerable professional judgment, and approachable personality.
  • Strong in PC applications, such as Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Outlooks, etc.
