We’re hiring an Office Manager to join FNZ’s Support Services team. This role sits at the heart of the business and focuses on ensuring our offices operate smoothly, consistently and to a high standard, supporting both employees and visitors day to day.
This is a fully office-based role, in Edinburgh city centre, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in service delivery, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality office environments across your assigned FNZ locations, acting as the first point of contact for facilities, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
