Job Summary
Extra Space Storage is looking for a dynamic and strategic full-time Office Manager who will provide support at our corporate office in Cottonwood Heights (SLC), UT. This person will oversee a variety of general office activities and will interact in a professional manner with customers, vendors, suppliers, owners, and office staff. Please note that this position requires this person to work ONSITE, Monday through Friday.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manages outside vendors in a variety of general office functions and supplies
Manages front office functions including staffing, mail, and communication
First contact of office safety, building owner relations, and security access
Provides administrative services to Executive team
Analyze and organize front office operations, including performance and scheduling
Research and develop resources that create timely and efficient workflow
Oversee and manage office configuration and maintenance
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
Three to five years' experience in office management
Competencies
High degree of organization and multi-tasking
Verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer and office machinery skills
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Performs sedentary work in an office environment with limited lifting (less than 10 pounds) or walking required. Close visual acuity required to perform work at computer terminal. No exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Requires repetitive typing motion, talking, hearing, grasping and feeling.
