  • Manage day-to-day office administration and operations

  • Maintain, control, and track project and office documents

  • Ensure proper filing, version control, and document registers

  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors

  • Support HR and finance with records, bills, and MIS

  • Draft official correspondence and reports

Skills:

  • Strong document control and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Good communication and coordination abilities
