Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the site, office, and workshop, including cleanliness, safety, maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvements.
- Management office needs and supplies, including inventory tracking and procurement of workstations, food, cleaning materials, the office cleaning team, office equipment, and general supplies.
- Handling all the procurement of Indirect suppliers (site and HR)
- Planning, coordinating, and supporting company events, including happy hours, HR activities, holidays, company-wide events, and departmental initiatives.
- Supporting employee lifecycle and milestone events, such as onboarding, birthdays, births, and other significant occasions.
- Support and assistance in office and site build-out and improvement projects.
- Preparing the office and workshop for important visits, meetings, and external guests.
- Supporting the preparation and distribution of internal communications, including updates related to company information and ongoing activities.
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks end-to-end.
- Proven operational mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a multi-interface, fast-paced environment.
- High level of technological understanding, including familiarity with operational systems and the ability to work with AI-based tools.
- High-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine people-oriented approach and service mindset.
- Familiarity with Human Resources processes and practices, including employee lifecycle support, is an advantage.
