Position Purpose:

オフィスマネジメント業務を通じて、全社員が安心かつ快適に業務を遂行できる全社共通の職場環境を維持・整備し、会社全体の円滑な運営を支えることを目的とする。

レポート先：アフィリエイトオペレーションズ部　部長

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

総務・オフィスマネジメント（一般的な庶務業務を含む）担当として、特定の部署に限定されない全社共通の社内環境の維持・運営に関する実務を担当していただきます。

主な業務内容は以下のとおりです。

オフィス管理に関する業務全般

（オフィス備品・消耗品等の管理・補充、社員カード管理等セキュリティ業務、業者様との窓口対応）

• 社員の保管書類の管理業務（外部倉庫会社との窓口対応）
• 登記印章の管理および関連する事務処理
• 社宅の提供および管理（社宅管理業者との窓口対応）
• 人事部と連携した福利厚生制度の運用補助
• 災害対策（災害対策委員・事業継続計画）および衛生管理環境の整備・運用補助
• 社内イベントの運営
• 慶弔対応業務（社内連絡、関係部署との連携、弔電等の手配および関連する事務対応）

また、所属部門長の指示により、以下の業務を担当していただく場合があります。

• 複数部署が関与する業務・会議・プロジェクトに付随するスケジュール予約、契約業務および支払業務

Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Education

• 高卒以上

Experience

• 5年以上の事務系業務の経験
• 総務または庶務業務の経験があれば尚可

Competencies

• Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint 等）の基本的な操作スキル
• 日常業務において英語のメール、資料等に触れることに抵抗がない方
• 会話・リスニング力は必須ではありません
• 複数の業務を関係者と調整しながら進められるコミュニケーション能力
• 正確性を求められる事務業務を、責任感をもって遂行できる方
• 業務上知り得た情報を適切に取り扱い、守秘性を遵守できる方
