Your Role
Working closely with Hong Kong team members on daily office operations, such as express delivery, meeting setup, travel arrangements, office maintenance, vendor management and other administrative support; provide project administration work as needed, etc.
This work is part-time and we prefer candidate who can come from Tuesday to Friday, 4 hours a day.
What You Will Do
- Act as key point of contact for office facility vendors to ensure consistent standards of office maintenance and supplies; working closely with office manager and other facility team members to manage and source vendors for the office
- Handle all document-related services including incoming and outgoing mails/parcels, express delivery, local and oversea courier
- Monitor and manage office inventories including stationaries and pantry items
- Assist on ad hoc office services work including company events, client meeting, staff trainings, etc.
- Submit work progress summary and data tracking on weekly/monthly basis
- Other admin work assigned by office management team.
Your Qualifications
- Preferred relevant assistance working experience in MNC.
- Good communication, coordination, interpersonal skill.
- Strong PC skills include: Windows, MS Office, Visio;
- Quick learning skill, and eager to challenge and develop self under pressure.
- Bachelor degree, hospitality or business administration related major is preferred
- Good command of English and Chinese
