The Office Coordinator provides administrative and office support for the PGA TOUR’s London office, with primary responsibility for supporting the SVP, International Media. This role ensures the effective day-to-day operation of the London office while supporting International Media and Business Development activities through coordination, organization, and administrative expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two years of college course work (preferably in business or related field) or equivalent administrative support training required

  • Three to five years administrative support experience in a rapid paced environment

  • Prior experience with a media company strongly preferred

  • Excellent writing and verbal communications

  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in another European language is a bonus

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Detail oriented and strong ability to multitask

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Self-starter and team player with ability to assist current team as necessary with projects or deadlines

  • Knowledge of golf a bonus

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day-to-day office and administrative support to the SVP

  • Serve as a key point of contact for the office, including answering phones, welcoming guests, and maintaining a professional and organized office environment.

  • Manage calendars and scheduling, including coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.

  • Arrange business travel for leadership and team members, including flights, accommodations, and logistics, preparing and processing expense reports in accordance with PGA TOUR policies.

  • Support the broader business travel and expense needs.

  • Order, manage, and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

  • Support the International Media team through research and analysis of media companies, markets, and related industries to build a knowledge base for the London office.

  • Help communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

  • Manage and organize departmental databases and records, including media-related documents and ongoing discussions.

  • Assist with coordination of internal meetings and office activities as needed.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Support special projects, provide general administrative assistance, and perform other duties as assigned.
