ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a third person to join our Office team here in Stockholm. Our team runs the reception and office service with the overall responsibility to create a great Office experience.

This role is a temporary position until end of March 2027 and reports to our Facility, Security and Health & Safety Manager.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Managing the reception – Keeping the reception area tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary materials. 
  • Security and Visitor Management – Monitoring entry and exit, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring security procedures are followed.  
  • Greet guests and manage incoming calls 
  • Being the go‑to person for parcel handling and courier coordination, including receiving incoming parcels and packing and booking outgoing shipments.
  • Staying up to date on export and import regulations to ensure shipments comply with relevant requirements.
  • Leading our Health & Wellbeing area by promoting wellbeing initiatives that support a positive and healthy work environment.
  • Supporting with administration such as booking safety committee meetings and following up on health and safety statistics.
  • Continuously improving practices to maintain a safe, healthy, and well‑functioning workplace.
