Job Description

As an Office Coordinator, you will help ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment. Based on-site at Rockwell Automation's Danish headquarter in Ballerup, you will be the first contact for guests in the office reception and handle incoming calls. You will work as part of a small, supportive team of four. We offer the opportunity to contribute to a positive and international work environment.

You will report to the Team Leader and work onsite in Ballerup, Denmark.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
  • Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks to support office operations.
  • Act as the facility point of contact for both our Danish and Swedish offices.
  • Coordinate meetings and office events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Plan and place orders for lunch, meetings, and company events.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both oral and written, with a good understanding of Swedish and Norwegian.
  • 5+ years of experience resolving issues and managing requests by phone, email, and chat from a supporting- or customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Teams, along with the ability to navigate Excel.
  • Experience in collaborating across international teams and cultures.
  • You have a solid understanding of IT systems and quickly adapt to new digital tools.
  • An understanding of financial processes and flow.
  • A service-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a role focused on supporting others.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Familiarity with purchase orders (PO's).
  • Facility management experience.
