Serve as the primary point of contact for office visitors and inquiries, providing administrative support to ensure seamless and efficient office operations. Lead day-to-day office management, drive continuous improvements, and coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and customer visits.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Oversee the day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, professional, and well-organized working environment.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing courier services, phone calls, invoices, and deliveries, ensuring timely handling and communication.
  • Coordinate the preparation and organization of meeting rooms for team events and customer visits, ensuring all logistical and administrative needs are met.
  • Implement and manage processes related to cost control and expense management to optimize the facility budget.
  • Support and manage Brambles' internal GAP audit process, following up on improvements to maintain operational standards.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the office, managing reception duties and ensuring a positive experience for employees and visitors.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects to support team events and office management initiatives.
  • Contribute to office improvement initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing overall efficiency and service quality.

Office Operations & Administrative Coordinator

Job Location: Midtown Atlanta Headquarters - Promenade Central, 1200 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309.

Dress Code: Business Casual


Work Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(This role is not hybrid and requires daily in-office presence.)

What you will be doing.

Act as the primary liaison for office visitors and inquiries, delivering administrative support that enables smooth, efficient office operations. Oversee day-to-day office management, identify and implement process improvements, and provide logistical coordination for meetings, events, and customer visits.

The early start time ensures seamless office opening coverage, including readiness of common areas, coordination with building operations, and support for employees and visitors as the workday begins. Being onsite also provides regular exposure to leaders across the organization—including up to the executive level—supporting strong relationship-building, business awareness, and connection to the daily rhythm of the office.

Success the first 30 days and beyond:

CHEP is moving our HQ to a new location, in this role you will help facilitate getting the office set up for our teams to move in for our grand opening in the end of June!

  • Office launch support: furniture installs, supply setup, welcome materials, and grand‑opening logistics.
  • Ongoing office operations: ordering supplies, basic reporting, PO support, conference room readiness, parking validation, and general upkeep.
  • Employee experience: act as the welcoming, visible “go‑to” person for office needs.

Key Responsibilities

Mail & Package Management

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments and ensure timely delivery

Office Supplies & Inventory

  • Monitor and maintain office supply levels
  • Place orders and manage vendor relationships for office materials

Parking & Visitor Support

  • Manage parking validations for employees and visitors
  • Assist with visitor check-in and ensure a welcoming, professional experience

Office Appearance & Maintenance

  • Ensure common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces are neat, organized, and ready for use
  • Coordinate with cleaning services and building management to support ongoing upkeep

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and general administrative tasks
  • Process purchase orders as needed
  • Support internal office communications and announcements

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Safety Committee
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support effective office operations
