Job Summary: About the position: This position will be assigned to the Aero Club located on Peterson Space Force Base. Position is a position of trust. Must possess skill in dealing with the public, must be able to read and write English, typing skills are required, and knowledge of office automation software is desirable.

Major Duties:

  • Duties and Responsibilities: Uses work processing software to produce a variety of documents. Transmits and receives documents and messages electronically to other computers or workstations throughout the work area or organization. Types a variety of material from rough or handwritten draft such as correspondence, forms, reports, messages, and memorandums associated with organization function. Performs cash management and accountability duties that may include collecting or processing payments such as credit card transactions, checks, and cash; and may prepare bank deposits and daily reports. Answers telephone calls and receives visitors and supplies requested information from own knowledge and/or office files, or refers customers to the appropriate source. Establishes and maintains organization files. Performs other related duties as assigned. Experience must have demonstrated the ability to perform research, select, arrange and compose material, and maintain organized files. Must be a qualified typist. Must have ability to read, write, and speak English. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
