Position Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented person to provide archiving expertise of McGill documents for the former Department Chair. The work includes reviewing files and dossiers, some with high level of confidentiality, triaging materials to be sent to McGill Archives, labelling them, and documenting all as per the instructions from Records Management, then arranging for their pickup.


Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

  • Experience in archiving, records management, or related administrative work (an asset).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

High School Diploma 2 Years Related Experience

Hourly Salary:

(AMUSE C) $27.00
