Major Duties and Responsibilities:
-Greets and provides information to members and visitors of the Morgan Arboretum. Answers and directs telephone calls and inquiries.
-Collects payment and enters data into established databases. Prepares donation receipts and membership material.
-Monitors and post social media content to various platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Uses Canva to create and update social media and website content.
-Processes financial transactions, reports, and registration forms as required.
-Assists with the planning of events, workshops, and other group visits. Assists with events on the day, such as set up and clean up, organizing volunteers, etc.
-Verifies, distributes, and replies to emails received by the organization.
-Maintains and updates the organization's event schedule daily. Advises staff of events.
Work schedule: Must work weekends and holidays.
