The Chief Audit Executive (CAE) Group is seeking an Operations Administrator to drive efficiency and support across our global organization. In this role, you'll manage critical administrative functions—from employee lifecycle activities to governance compliance—while enabling our team to focus on strategic priorities.

Core Operations & Administration

  • Execute on and offboarding activities for CAE Group employees and consultants worldwide, including IT system access provisioning and management
  • Maintain and administer 30+ email distribution lists
  • Provide office administration support including laptop/locker assignments, physical access clearances, and building maintenance coordination
  • Evaluate operational practices and recommend process improvements

Governance & Compliance

  • Enable/disable auditor access to audit tools and systems
  • Prepare monthly reporting on annual independence attestation completions for CAE Group staff globally (employees, contractors, and guest auditors)
  • Review, validate, and process invoices for the Toronto CAE Group
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive compliance matters

Rewards & Recognition Program

  • Provide administrative support to the Rewards & Recognition Committee including reporting, meeting coordination, and RBC points administration

Additional Responsibilities

  • Serve as acting office administrator during staff absences
  • Coordinate with internal departments (CRE, JLL, DSS, RBC IT, Telecom, Workplace Support Services) to resolve facilities and maintenance issues
  • Manage PPE supplies and workplace upkeep
