About the Role:
JumpCloud is seeking an experienced, proactive, and versatile Office Administrator to join our team in the Denver/Boulder, Colorado area. This hybrid role provides essential executive-level support to key functional leaders—specifically the Chief People Officer, VP of Finance, and General Counsel—while also managing the daily operations, logistics, and vendor relations for our office location in Louisville, CO.
The ideal candidate thrives on organization and can seamlessly transition between high-level scheduling and hands-on office management. This role requires an in-office presence three days per week (3x/week) to ensure effective office management and in-person support.
This person will serve as a professional and courteous first point of contact, screening and directing communications as appropriate. They will have excellent time management and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to anticipate needs and operate with the appropriate levels of discretion.
