The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace. This position is responsible for coordinating office services, supplies, vendors, and facilities, as well as supporting meeting logistics, travel arrangements, fleet administration, and customer visits. The Office Administrator serves as a central point of contact for office needs, assists with space planning and office moves, and supports company processes such as credit card administration and new hire onboarding related to office operations. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting employees and leadership across the organization.
