Make an impact

The Office Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to the team’s success through exceptional administrative and organizational skills.

  • Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors and managing calls.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, marketing materials, and meeting documents; attend meetings and record minutes.
  • Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and conference room scheduling.
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, mail distribution, and vendor coordination.
  • Enter and maintain data in Salesforce; generate reports as needed.
  • Assist with company events, special projects, and recruiting coordination.
  • Liaise with IT and other departments to resolve administrative issues.

What you should bring

· 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

· Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.

· Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and willingness to learn.

· Positive, professional attitude and strong team orientation.

Compensation Details

The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in New York, New York is $75,000-$85,000 per year. The hired applicant will also be eligible for an annual performance based discretionary bonus. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

  • 401K: Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
