About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an all-rounder who is organized, people focused, and thrives on taking initiative to ensure the smooth operation of the office. 

Reporting to the Office and Facilities Manager, this position covers a broad range of responsibilities—so no two days are the same. You’ll play an integral role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and well-organised working environment.

This role is based in the office, in Macquarie Park, and can be offered as part-time (spread over 3-4 days) or full-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the maintenance and day-to-day operations of our new Axis Sydney office
  • Providing general administrative support to the Office and Facilities function
  • Coordinating logistics for deliveries and managing onsite visitors
  • Assisting with the setup and coordination of internal events and meetings

Qualification and Experience:

  • TAFE or tertiary qualifications in office administration is desirable however not compulsory
  • Exposure to office administration, reception duties and logistics administration is ideal
  • Enjoy working with people and creating positive experiences
  • Organised, self-motivated, and customer orientated
  • Good organisational skills and able to handle multiple priorities
