Job Description:
The Offer Manager defines and owns the end-to-end offer proposition for Pluxee customers, employees, and merchants in Belgium, ensuring the creation of differentiated value that drives sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
They shape the offer vision and strategy by leveraging market, customer, and competitive insights. This includes defining compelling value propositions, identifying and onboarding strategic solution partners, structuring pricing and bundling models, building robust business cases, and determining clear commercial positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Acting as the orchestrator of the offer lifecycle, the Offer Manager works closely with the Product team to translate market needs into clear requirements and support delivery through agile product development. In parallel, they collaborate with the Go-to-Market teams to successfully launch offers, enable commercial teams, drive adoption and monitor performance to continuously optimize market impact.

Key responsibilities
- Develop thorough understanding of customer needs and market opportunities (market & customer research, competitive watch, sales & CX feedback)
- Identify relevant partnership domains and onboard selected partners to reinforce offer value proposition or address capability gaps
- Evaluate the partner’s value, fit, and potential impact across strategic, commercial, operational, and technical dimensions
- Conduct a detailed review of financial, legal, operational, and compliance risks to validate partnership viability
- Define the collaboration model, roles, incentives, governance, and formal contractual conditions
- Work closely with the Product team which executes partnership implementation by establishing the operating model, and integrating required processes, systems, and teams
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (incl. Product, Sales, Finance) to track KPIs, ensure delivery against commitments, and regularly review partnership performance and value creation
- Build compelling value propositions including combination of partner offers and Pluxee benefits
- Define the pricing and bundling strategy to maximize customer value, competitiveness, and profitability. This includes setting price architecture (e.g., tiered, subscription, PAYU), defining discount and promo mechanics, designing offer bundles that align with customer segments and willingness to pay.
- Define other elements of the marketing mix (segmentation, positioning, channel, customer care service level…)
- Work closely with the Go-To-Market team which translates these elements into go to market plan: campaigns, promotions, always on programs working closely with global Digital Marketing operations

- Partnership Development – Experience identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic solution or merchant partnerships.
- Pricing & Revenue Model Expertise – Proven ability to design pricing structures, bundling strategies, and promotional frameworks that protect margin and drive adoption.
- Financial Acumen & Business Case Development – Strong skills in building and validating business cases (ROI, profitability, scenario analysis) + ability to monitor revenue, margin, adoption, and optimize continuously.
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Ability to orchestrate Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance without formal authority
Experience & skills
- 5+ years experience in top-tier strategy or management consulting, or in strategic roles such as Partner Management, Business Development, or Offer/Proposition Management
- Demonstrated exposure to market analysis, business case development and go-to-market execution.
- Proven experience in defining and executing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and competitive positioning
- Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B solutions
