Role Summary

The Offer Manager, Advisory Services manages the lifecycle of assigned advisory products and value‑add offers that engage clients and deliver measurable value. This role executes offer strategy established by senior leaders while independently driving cross‑functional delivery, market readiness, and ongoing optimization.

The Offer Manager serves as the product owner for assigned offers, ensuring competitive positioning, operational readiness, effective go‑to‑market execution, and performance measurement. The role partners closely with other Advisory departments, Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure offers meet client needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Offer Ownership & Lifecycle Management:

  • Manages assigned advisory offers from concept through launch and steady‑state operations, including roadmap planning, backlog management, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Maintains ongoing accountability for offer backlogs, roadmaps, and operating cadences, including prioritizing and grooming product backlogs, developing and updating multi‑horizon roadmaps, and establishing regular stakeholder forums (e.g., planning, status, and review cadences) to ensure transparency, alignment, and disciplined execution throughout the offer lifecycle.
  • Serves as the product owner, leading internal teams to build, test, and refine offer capabilities; incorporates feedback from sales partners, advisors, and end users.
  • Maintains accountability for offer performance, alignment to strategy, and delivery against milestones.

Market & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conducts research and gathers data to perform market analyses (SWOT | Strategic Position, Pricing & Packaging Analysis, etc.) and for assigned offers.
  • Reviews and interprets market assessment scans to identify growth opportunities, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
  • Translates market insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Go‑to‑Market & Enablement:

  • Executes and supports go‑to‑market plans for new and enhanced offers, coordinating approvals across Legal, Compliance, and other internal partners.
  • Trains client‑facing associates and sales teams to ensure offers are positioned and delivered effectively.
  • Develops and maintains offer documentation and internal enablement materials.
  • Leads ongoing client communications and post‑launch go‑to‑market effectiveness activities.

Performance Measurement & Analytics:

  • Tracks business performance for assigned offers, including revenue, profitability, adoption, and client outcomes.
  • Creates and maintains key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure offer effectiveness.
  • Analyzes performance data and surfaces insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

  • Partners across Advisory departments, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to deliver high‑quality, scalable offers.
  • Facilitates regular stakeholder updates to manage dependencies, risks, and priorities.
  • Builds strong working relationships to drive alignment and gain buy‑in for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience in offer management, product management, consulting, strategy, or a related discipline.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses to be obtained and maintained within six (6) months of assuming the role. 

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting advisory, consulting, or client‑focused financial services offerings.
  • Proven track record of researching, identifying, and prioritizing market and client needs.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and influence without formal authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives, analyze data, and communicate insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

Base Salary Ranges

$96,500.00 - $164,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$105,000.00 - $180,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$120,000.00 - $205,000.00 for the location of: New York, California

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the roleBase salary is only one component of our total compensation packageEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
