Job Description:

Accountabilities: Support the Datasite’s Nordic sales function through the following activities: Support sales reporting and related processes, including report generation and creation and maintain Salesforce hygiene by assigning contacts to the right accounts and ensuring relevant contacts are set-up in Salesforce. Assist with routine analysis on performance results and effectively communicate to sales leaders. Create basic reports in SFDC, and be able to retrieve key data from SFDC (e.g. price mapping). Document repeatable reporting processes that can be automated or transitioned.

Qualifications: Technical skills: Intermediate Excel skills - nested formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, etc.), pivots, charting. Proficient in remainder of Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong familiarity in navigating and building reports/dashboards in standard Salesforce. Some experience with any coding language; majority of coding work will be in CRM Analytics language (SAQL). Some experience with creating dashboard content in BI tools (CRM Analytics/Einstein Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau): majority of BI work will be in CRM Analytics. Some experience with relational databases. Analytical skills: Be able to aggregate, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple disparate sources with varying degrees of data integrity. Be able to conduct sales performance analysis (how is x region performing?); may need to conduct technical business analysis and validation as well (is x dataset missing data points? why are data source A and data source B dissonant?). Culture skills: Strong organizational aptitude with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects. At times, work against short-notice deadlines for senior leadership. Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues across the globe with empathy and intellectual humility. Strong problem-solving skills. Curious, continuous learner. At times, be able to operate within an unstructured working environment with minimal or unclear business requirements as the company continues to evolve. Demonstrated examples of follow through, meeting deadlines, attention to detail. Business Acumen, an understanding how individual processes and technologies relate to the whole of the business; monitoring industry trends and predicting new developments. Bachelor's degree (preferably in business administration, finance, accounting or related). Sales, Operations, or business analyst experience a plus.
