About this Role
Wells Fargo is seeking an Off‑Cycle M&A Analyst Intern to join our Investment Banking team in Paris. This six‑month internship offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a dynamic Mergers & Acquisitions environment and to contribute directly to live transaction work, strategic analysis, and client materials.
The Role
As an Off‑Cycle M&A Analyst Intern, you will support the Paris M&A team across market analysis, valuation exercises, and execution deliverables. You will work closely with Analysts, Associates, Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managing Directors across Paris, London, and the U.S. as part of an integrated deal team.
You will contribute to live mandates as well as strategic advisory assignments, preparing analytical materials, financial models, and client presentations. You will be treated as an integral team member, expected to demonstrate initiative, rigour, and a strong commitment to high‑quality work.
