About the OEM Account Manager - ExxonMobil: 

This is an exciting new opportunity to represent ExxonMobil, an industry leader in the energy and chemical manufacturing business. They are a world leader in the supply of high quality products and services to help vehicle owners and operators achieve outstanding performance, reliability and profitability. You will have the opportunity to work with distributors, OEMs, National Car Care accounts, and Retail accounts as you support this exciting brand. 

Location: Ogden, UT - Hybrid 

What will you do? 

  • Manage a high volume of accounts  

  • Identify upsell opportunities and effectively communicate these to sales and clients  

  • Provide consultative and strategic marketing guidance for clients  

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships  

  • Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns  

  • Communicate new features and enhancements to our Product team  

  • Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce and other sales tools 

What Will You Need to Succeed? 

  • Previous experience in Account management  

  • Auto industry and lubricant sales experience preferred 

  • Very strong analytical and reporting skills  

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills  

  • Experience interfacing with clients  

  • The desire and ability to learn on the fly and do what needs to be done  

  • Team player / collaborative operating style  

  • An innovative mind always willing and able to contribute creative solutions to problems as they arise  

  • The ability to think and react quickly  

  • Deadline oriented  

  • Performance – proven track record of performance required

Compensation Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00

The hourly pay range for this position is between $24.04 and $26.44. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $5,000.00 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills. Your recruiter will provide more detailed information during the interview process.
