Occupational Therapist (OT) – Madison, WI
Join a collaborative care team providing outpatient occupational therapy to a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, neurological, and industrial patients. This role focuses on evaluating functional abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, tracking progress, and educating patients and caregivers to support independence and recovery. Interest in specialty wheelchair evaluations is a plus (training available).
Schedule: Monday 8:30–6:30; Tuesday–Friday 7:30–3:00 (some flexibility, no on-call).
Requirements: OT degree required; Wisconsin OT license required.
