InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around San Antonio. You will spend your days helping patients regain independence, safely navigate daily routines, and stay engaged in the routines and activities they value most. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their home
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Compensation and Benefits

The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75- $85 per eval.

*Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

To support your transition into home health, for Full-Time Clinicians we offer guaranteed base pay for your first 12 weeks while you build your caseload - so you can focus on your patients without financial uncertainty during ramp-up.

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
