Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist for its client to join a supportive team in Harrow, working across both adults and children’s services.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Act as the allocated Occupational Therapist for adults and children with physical disabilities and learning disabilities
- Provide preventative interventions to promote independence and reduce long-term care needs
- Complete functional assessments and develop tailored care plans
- Assess, recommend, and review:
- Equipment provision
- Minor and major adaptations
- Moving and handling solutions
- Monitor and review care plans to ensure outcomes are achieved and needs are met
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications & Experience:
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience with adult and/or paediatric caseloads
- Strong knowledge of moving & handling, equipment, and adaptations
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
