Occupational Therapist

Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist for its client to join a supportive team in Harrow, working across both adults and children’s services.

What will your responsibilities be? 

  • Act as the allocated Occupational Therapist for adults and children with physical disabilities and learning disabilities
  • Provide preventative interventions to promote independence and reduce long-term care needs
  • Complete functional assessments and develop tailored care plans
  • Assess, recommend, and review:
    • Equipment provision
    • Minor and major adaptations
    • Moving and handling solutions
  • Monitor and review care plans to ensure outcomes are achieved and needs are met
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
  • Experience with adult and/or paediatric caseloads
  • Strong knowledge of moving & handling, equipment, and adaptations
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
