Workplace Arrangements:
This role will follow a hybrid remote/onsite schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work on-site from our Johnstown, Ontario Distribution Centre 2-3 days / week. They will spend 30-40% of their time travelling to stores in QC and ON.

What You'll Be Doing:
Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and support OHS needs.
Coordinate incident management, including return-to-work plans, injury reporting, and root cause analysis to minimize risks.
Conduct audits and inspections to assess OHS compliance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Deliver safety training programs, partnering with leadership and HR to integrate them into employee development.
Implement and improve OHS programs while analyzing audit findings to enhance safety initiatives.
Maintain and analyze OHS data, using insights to drive decision-making and improve compliance.
Support the adoption of digital tools and automation to enhance safety reporting and streamline OHS processes.
Bilingualism in English and French is essential to support our Quebec and Ontario stores
3+ years of experience in OHS training, preferably in retail, supply chain, or corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of OHS regulations, standards and best practices.
Experience in training facilitation.
