The Opportunity
Our Kansas City, MO, location has an opportunity for an Occupational Health Coordinator II.
Occupational Health Coordinators are responsible for coordinating and completing appointment requests and managing related communication with clients and clinics. Their role includes following up on events based on reports or email inquiries, working closely with clinics to schedule and complete services, and addressing client inquiries or escalations as needed. Client interaction occurs through inbound and outbound phone calls and email.

What You’ll Work On
Respond to testing-related inquiries via phone and email
Track, monitor, and follow up on received source documents and processing timelines
Identify and interpret appropriate steps to resolve customer needs
Coordinate the sending and receipt of source documents
Resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing information in documentation
Enter data after each action taken and apply the appropriate system codes
Make necessary corrections to ensure accurate information and issue resolution
Request required documentation from vendors, clinics, or clients to complete the testing process
Develop relationships and communicate with assigned clinics to obtain required results
Communicate cross-functionally with other business units to share clinic performance and drive results
Analyze data and compile clinic performance results to share with business leaders, business units, and clinics
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
1–3 years of customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
A four-year degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
Call center experience is strongly preferred.
General knowledge of Occupational Health Services.

The base pay for this position is
$18.45 – $36.85/hourIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
