O2C Reporting and Automation Analyst

Job Description:

The Reporting and Automation Analyst designs, implements, and governs the reporting and analytics structure for Transactional Accounting within the O2C domain. This role balances hands-on reporting and analytics delivery with process improvement and automation to drive accuracy, speed, and control in month-end and daily operations. A solid understanding of finance is required to ensure insights and solutions reflect the team’s activities and business context. The role works cross-functionally to standardize data models and enable self-service analytics for stakeholders.

  • Improves data analysis on process metrics and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Participate on O2C initiatives by utilizing intelligent automation tools to drive digital transformation

  • Manages projects for implementation of automation and robotics

  • Establish a continuous improvement mindset for reporting, creating and developing efficient reporting across the

  • Business units Streamline and optimize the O2C process to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

  • Work with various departments to ensure seamless integration and communication within the O2C process.

  • Set up, maintain and and continuously evolve the reporting & analytics structure for Transactional Accounting.

  • Balance reporting/analytics delivery with process improvement & automation** (e.g., Tableau/Power BI dashboards, Excel/VBA, SQL, RPA/Copilot automations)

  • Performs month, quarter and year close activities for order to cash processes

  • Prepares data for upload to HFM and quarterly reporting packages.

  • Acts as financial analyst for the department and support management and forecasting for the team. 

  • Creates forecasting for Accounts Receivables Balances and cash collections.

  • On an ad- hoc basis the employee may be asked to perform tasks not listed here.

  • Apply finance knowledge to interpret data and provide actionable insights relevant to the O2C team’s operations.

Job Requirements:

  • College level or university bachelor level education in Finance, Accounting or Business or equivalent education is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English
  • Skilled in data analysis and visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of SAP and Oracle
  • Knowledge for US GAAP and Local GAAP is an advantage
  • Proficiency in automation tools and technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, ML).
  • Strong understanding of O2C processes and ERP systems.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and problem-solving.
  • Audit experience desirable
  • Computer Skills (Office, Oracle/SAP, Outlook, PowerPoint )
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of credit collections process and use of collection automation tools desirable
  • Collaborative and team orientated approach
  • Good finance and analytical skills
  • Experience with KPI driven organizations and decision making
