O2C Credit&Risk Analyst (m/f/x) – late shift
Position Purpose: This role reports to the Credit & Collection Manager US and manages end-to-end credit assessment, customer limits, and order release to reduce financial risk and support business continuity. It involves analyzing customer financials, coordinating with credit insurers, monitoring risk and exposure, ensuring SOX and internal control compliance, preparing reports, and collaborating with Collections, Customer Service, and Logistics. Working hours: 2:00pm – 10.00pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform credit checks, analyze financial statements and external ratings, set and maintain risk classes and credit limits, and prepare recommendations in line with policy.
- Supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day credit and reporting activities (Order release process & Credit limit process).
- Cooperate with internal (commercial, finance, CS) and external stakeholders (credit agencies and rating agencies), communicate decisions, advice and monitor events affecting exposure.
- Support process optimization, GPO initiatives, and system enhancements (e.g., FSCM within S/4HANA).
- Share best practices and back up peers as needed.
- Execute SOX and internal control activities; ensure adherence to global policies; maintain SOPs; provide audit documentation.
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc credit exposure, aging, and risk reports; track portfolio KPIs and present insights to management and markets.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics or equivalent in work experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit within SSC or similar environment.
- ERP experience (SAP; FSCM preferred) is a must.
- Fluency in written and oral English (minimum B2 level); additional language is an asset.
- Strong competence in Microsoft Office (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Experience with credit risk analysis, external rating agencies, and credit insurance portals.
- Willingness to work a late shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
