The Order to Cash Continuous Improvement Lead serves as a strategic change agent at hub level responsible for operational excellence & process optimization across the entire O2C value chain. This role is instrumental in the design, implementation, and governance of continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business value while ensuring compliance with GXP requirements.

The position requires a balance of analytical rigor, project coordination, and cross-process leadership to transform operational processes, enhance customer experience, and drive financial performance. The lead will champion a culture of continuous improvement across O2C hubs.

Key Responsibilities

 Change Management & Adoption

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Lead change management plan as primary change ambassador by proposing, deploying, measuring change adoption plan for Hub end users in partnership with the Transformation Lead & Key Users
  • Coordinate and provide consolidated view on user adoption through metrics
  • Consolidate change impact analysis from various sources, identify solutions and implement at Hub level, escalate if needed
  • Facilitate workshops to drive continuous improvement in culture Hub Continuous improvement orchestration
  • Serve as the primary liaison between hub operations and BOOM teams and ensure methodology consistency
  • Establish workforce planning for the impacted hub expertise (Key Users, SME, team leads and Process managers) to prioritize initiatives and anticipate potential backfill needs (e.g projects requesting full-time Key Users for 6 months)
  • Ensure Continuous Improvement tracker is up to date for all initiatives led by the Hub Teams
  • Ensure planning adherence on agreed initiatives
  • Orchestrate initiatives from ideation to implementation and value tracking according to the DAI in place
  • Support prioritization and monitor adoption/value delivered in coordination with Process Managers

Process analysis coordination

  • Conduct comprehensive process mapping and analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities and accelerate value creation
  • Partner with Key Users and business teams to understand pain points and requirements
  • Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure that deviations are created in Veeva Vault for GXP activities and mitigated
  • Ensure that deviations and exceptions are created in Veeva Vault versus GOPs.
  • Support Core model adherence evaluation and follow-up on actions to close the gaps
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation
  • Ensure successful implementation of new processes
  • Identify opportunities for process automation

About you

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation
  • Demonstrated success leading improvement initiatives with measurable business impact
  • 3+ years of experience in Order to Cash or financial operations, preferably in a global shared services environment
  • Experience working in GXP-regulated environments and quality management systems (Veeva) is a plus
  • Experience with advanced data analysis and performance measurement methodologies
  • Demonstrated expertise in process design, implementation, and governance
  • Soft and technical skills: Advanced knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of SAP S4HANA and O2C modules
  • Knowledge of automation technologies (RPA, workflow automation)
  • Understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, and risk management

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; master’s degree preferred
  • Professional certification in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt) is preferred
  • Languages: Advanced English written and verbal
  • Second languages is a plus
