Job Purpose

The role exists to business partner with Channel Strategy Planning (CSP) and Key Account Managers (KAM) within the Foods Business Unit. The purpose is to support budget planning and management, execute Trade Terms Spend (TTS) forecasting, track channel performance, promo and activity review and ensure compliance with TTS governance. This position enables disciplined financial decisions that drive profitable growth across GT, MT, and eCommerce channels.

Key Responsibilities
 

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead TTS forecasting process for assigned channels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

  • Support CSP and KAM in annual budgeting and rolling forecasts aligned with business objectives.


Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and analyze channel performance versus plan, highlighting risks and opportunities.

  • Provide actionable insights to improve trade investment productivity and channel profitability.


TTS Governance & Compliance

  • Act as a financial control point for TTS governance, ensuring adherence to Unilever policies.

  • Maintain P2P hygiene for trade spends (PO creation, GR/Invoice posting) and MEC readiness.
     

Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with CSP and KAM to optimize trade strategies and promotional ROI, Promo review.

  • Support decision-making with robust financial analysis and scenario planning.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling.

  • Knowledge of TTS processes, budgeting cycles, and governance controls.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence cross-functional stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience partnering with Channel/Customer Development teams in GT, MT, or eCommerce.

  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools.

  • Exposure to digital commerce analytics and promo ROI evaluation.
