About the Role
As our Nurse Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and coordinating various Patient Support Programs within our organization. You will be a key member of our team, delivering projects and programs that help educate and support people living with a broad range of diseases, including cancer, psoriasis, and diabetes.
Your role will involve answering incoming phone calls and emails regarding the various programs and ensuring queries are dealt with politely and efficiently. You will be responsible for receiving patient enrolments, allocating our in-field nursing staff to patient support visits, processing nurse activity timesheets and organising other logistics that may be involved in the services set up to support patients. You will be responsible for running regular reports for our clients who sponsor the programs.
