Nurse Manager, Home Health and Infusion - Accredo Rancho Cordova, CA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Nurse Manager is responsible for clinical and operational oversight ensuring delivery of excellent patient care, development of staff, and achievement of team goals to include utilization, budgetary, and continuous improvement initiatives. Will provide direction and leadership to ensure nursing care is compliant with company policy and procedures, all regulatory and accreditation entities, and manufacturer programs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Be responsible for all nursing-related activities for patients referred to nursing for care.

  • Provide clinical and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care, development of staff and achievement of team goals to include utilization, budgetary, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Provide direction and leadership to ensure nursing care delivery is in accordance with company policy and procedures, ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation entities and work collaboratively across teams and functions to ensure an optimal and standardized patient experience.

  • Identify operational opportunities and areas for process development, improvement and administration applicable to clinical product offerings and present recommendations to senior leadership in efforts for best practice standardization across the nursing organization.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing is required

  • High School Diploma or GED required, plus 11+ years of relevant RN experience with a Nursing Diploma; or

  • 8+ years relevant RN experience with Associate’s Degree; or

  • 5+ years relevant RN experience with Bachelor’s Degree; or

  • 2+ years relevant RN experience with Master’s Degree.

  • Master’s Degree & certification in nursing preferred

  • 5+ years of relevant clinical experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience

  • Strong IV insertion experience

  • Valid driver’s license in state of residence

  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications and Apple technology

  • Highly organized, strong problem-solving, project management, team building and oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze information and target trends, maintain high-level of confidentiality, provide outstanding customer service, multi-task and meet deadlines.

  • Proven individual and team leadership ability.

  • Knowledge of pharma audit and contract review processes preferred.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 92,100 - 153,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
