Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE, a part of Christiana Care Health System is seeking an leader to work as a Nurse Leader Emeritus. Provide leadership and support of new and transitioning nurse leaders in the department of nursing to reduce early leadership burnout and turnover; and strengthen leadership confidence and effectiveness. Support leaders through staffing and workforce challenges. Coach leaders through performance management conversations. Assist leaders with time management and prioritization; leading through change; and resilience and role sustainability.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Master’s degree required.
Professional certification required; Nurse Leader certification required
Five years of appropriate clinical and leadership experience
Greater than 5 years formal leadership experience

Hourly Pay Range: $58.26 - $93.22This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
