Naval Standard Missile Systems (NSMS) team is looking for a FP&A Specialist. The successful candidate will be looking to make the next career step into a high visibility Portfolio FP&A organization. This role will focus on Rplan forecasting, Current year Annual Operating plan, and the Long Range Plan. This role will provide the opportunity to increase exposure to multiple facets of the NSMS organization. Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of the organization will be needed, so the successful candidate must possess strong presentation, communication, and professional skills. 

This position is being offered in an onsite capacity based on the needs of the business. This role will support a program that resides in Tucson, AZ time zone.

What You Will Do

  • Shipboard Missiles FP&A to support ad hoc requests and variance analysis for bookings, sales, earnings and cash. Support of Critical Munitions.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and forecasting.
  • Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, graphing, etc.).
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
