About the Role:

Nuskin Product Marketing _Oversee the full product life cycle from planning to promotion, post-launch, aligning with company strategy and brand goals.
Collaborate across teams and support related marketing and product initiatives for seamless execution.

What you'll do:

  • Strong ability to manage the full product lifecycle across assigned categories
    •    Hands-on experience in product launches and promotional campaigns
    •    Ability to strengthen brand equity and market positioning
    •    Strategic mindset focused on driving brand awareness, sales growth, and profitability
    •    Ability to set KPIs, track performance, and develop actionable insights
    •    Understanding of integrated marketing across digital and offline channels
    •    Strong project management skills with attention to timelines, budgets, and quality

What you'll need:

  • 8-12 years of experience in product marketing within the beauty industry

  • Comprehensive understanding of product categories and the overall industry, including new product launches, promotional activities, social media campaigns, and pricing

  • Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English, with the ability to work effectively with a global team

  • Proficiency in MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis and presentation skills
