About the Role:
This role serves as a key communications practitioner responsible for digital content planning and production, communication campaign execution and President message development. It requires strong digital-first content planning skills and execution capabilities to enhance brand image, amplify corporate vision, and deliver effective leadership messaging.

What you'll do:

  • Corporate Communication Content Support

    Content Creation for Corporate Channels

    - Draft social media content such as SNS captions
    - Organize, manage, and update communication assets, including images, slides, and simple video materials for internal and external use.

    CEO Messaging & PI Content Development
    -Planning and development of CEO messaging and President Identity (PI)–related content.
    -Develop CEO presentation materials (PPT/Keynote), including research, copywriting, and slide structure support. Draft and refine speeches, greetings, remarks, and video scripts for internal and external use.
     

  • Digital Marketing Channel Operations Support

    Channel Operations
    - Support daily operations of owned digital channels (Instagram, KakaoTalk, etc.)
    -
    Manage content uploads, posting schedules, and basic community management (comments/DM checks)

    Content Drafting & Localization

    - Draft basic social content aligned with brand tone and guidelines-card news concepts, short-form/reels ideas, basic scripts, etc.
    - Translate and localize global-provided content for the local market

    Communicate with external agencies, designers, and creators on execution details.

What you'll need:

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, PR/communications, or advertising agencies.

  • Experience in planning or operating social media content and basic understanding of digital performance indicators (views, reach, engagement, etc.).

  • Strong writing and copy development skills.

  • Proficiency in PPT/Keynote and creating presentation materials.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in CEO/executive communications, PR, or corporate branding.

  • Interest in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle industries

  • Basic skills with image/video tools (Canva, Premiere, Photoshop, etc.).
