About the Role:

This role is a core creative position responsible for ensuring that Nu Skin Korea’s strategic messages, brand storytelling, and field experiences are delivered consistently and impactfully across all touchpoints.

The Specialist will lead visual communication through video production, studio operations, YouTube content development, digital asset creation, and design of internal and external communication materials.

What you'll do:

1) Digital Content Production

- Manage and operate the official corporate YouTube channel

Development of content formats aligned with brand identity

- Produce SNS and short-form content

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts)

Create trend-driven content suitable for each platform

Develop digital assets for campaigns

- Produce visual and video materials for launches, promotions, and product messaging

Support executive message content production

Visualizing scripts, video production, studio setup, and full post-production workflow

2) Video Production

Studio-based Production

- Oversee full in-house studio operations

Camera setup, lighting layout, audio testing

Chroma key & multi-camera shooting environments

Manage and standardize studio operating guidelines

- Shoot interviews, educational programs, and talk-show style content

- Execute studio post-production

Cut editing, audio cleanup, color grading

Motion graphics, VFX, lower-third packages, intros/outros

On-site Production

Film large-scale conventions, seminars, events, and leadership gatherings

Plan shot lists and filming flow from pre-production

Produce dynamic highlight videos capturing on-site energy

Create short-form content in fast-turnaround environments

Quick editing, emotionally engaging storytelling

Ability to shoot → edit → publish with agility

3) Design & Material Creation

Design sales and partner communication materials

Develop corporate-wide design assets

Campaign visuals, branded templates, messaging guides

Posters, event visuals, branded goods, and online/offline assets

Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations

Strategic decks, leadership meeting materials, CEO communication decks

Visualize complex information into clear storytelling structures

Image retouching, compositing, and template management

Maintain brand look & feel and update templates regularly

What you'll need:

Video & Motion Graphics & Graphic design

Adobe Premiere Pro (cut editing, multicam, color grading)

Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, title packages, animations)

Adobe Illustrator (brand assets, iconography, infographics)

Adobe Photoshop (retouching, compositing, SNS visual creation)

Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced layout, template building)

Experience with AI-based content tools is a plus.

    Bonus points for:

    Experience in an in-house design team

    Hands-on experience operating YouTube channels

    Strong understanding of camera, lighting, and audio equipment

    Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics capability

    Experience in brand experience or marketing-driven design
