PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Bachelor of Science in appropriate engineering discipline (BSME preferred).
  • Collaborate with commercial team to support business development.
  • Successful experience performing within NPL project is strong preference.
  • Good at English; good at communication
  • Very familiar with IATF16949 systems and related tools (e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, FAI, PM etc.)
  • HSF knowledge is needed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

  • Establish project job number and initiate Project Binder for tracking the Product Launch
  • Kick off meeting to communicate new project to core team members & review CSR and feasibility study
  • Create and maintain each project timeline & Gate review & change review based on agreed project milestone
  • Manage project/process documentation and project phase sample &change management
  • Conduct continuous risk assessment and cost reduction for projects.
  • Ensure the smooth transition of the new product from FA to mass production
  • Other tasks assigned by NPL Supervisor
