The NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition of new products from development to full-scale production. This role involves:
•    Production Line Setup: Design and implement new production lines, including defining jigs, fixtures, and automated processes.
•    Global Line Duplication: Duplicate existing production lines in overseas facilities (Far East), requiring strong planning and coordination skills.
•    Process Qualification: Validate and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
•    Project Management: Lead end-to-end NPI transfer projects, covering layout planning, process design, supply chain coordination, and quality assurance until changes are released through the ECO process.
•    Failure Analysis: Investigate and resolve production issues to maintain continuous operations.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, project managers, quality, planning, and purchasing teams to achieve production goals.
Additional Requirement:
The candidate must be willing and able to travel internationally for extended periods to support line duplication and ensure successful implementation at remote sites.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment, ensuring that new products meet performance, cost, and quality targets during their introduction to manufacturing.

Responsibilities
•    Design and implement new production lines, including jigs, fixtures, and automation. 
•    Validate and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality. 
•    Lead end-to-end NPI transfer projects, from layout planning to ECO release. 
•    Conduct failure analysis and resolve production issues promptly. 
•    Collaborate with R&D, project management, quality, planning, and purchasing teams. 
•    Duplicate existing production lines in overseas facilities (Far East). 
•    Coordinate global implementation and ensure alignment with company standards. 
•    Travel internationally for extended periods to support line duplication and setup.

Qualifications
•    B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Industrial Eng. with hands on experience
•    5+ years of experience in an NPI, Engineering and manufacturing processes.
•    DFx Capabilities.
•    Knowledge and experience in production process like PFMEA, GR&R, PCP.
•    SolidWorks knowledge and experience.
•    Very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
•    Team player with good interpersonal relations
•    Experience in writing production process.
•    Good English verbal and written communications skills
