The Analyst - New Product Workflow, to be based at ADI Limerick office,  will be responsible for sustaining support and improving processes related to NPI. Main focus in the short run would be to support the new product manufacturing validation workflow called PRIME ( Product Release Integration Management Environment ) system.

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving execution of those projects

  • Support creation of newer and more complex new product workflows

  • Monitoring performance dashboards; enable building of meaningful metrics dashboards

  • Inputs on integration/ harmonization of peripheral systems related to new product processes.

  • Processing of data change requests (ECNs)

  • Responding to production queries

  • Logging system bugs and issues into JIRA

  • Managing Global Operations performer tables

  • Reviewing and resolving system errors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer/Industrial)/ Business Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • 3-5 years of work experience in process improvement and change management.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Able to collaborate with colleagues from different cultures

  • Able to work reliably and effectively with minimal supervision

  • Sense of Urgency and Bias for action

  • Possesses proactive mindset , extreme ownership and goes the extra mile to serve internal customers.

  • Familiar with process mapping and root cause analysis

  • Prior knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing process would be an advantage.
