Job responsibility:·
1. Effectively execute and deliver KPI results in CC APAC
2. On-time delivery, Cost and Quality
3. Collaborates with Product Management in developing project & portfolio plan
4. Provide Project Management Reports
5. Plan and Schedule Resource Efficiently
6. Contribute on Streamline and Automate Processes and Workflows
7. Reuse Project Learnings and Knowledges, Support organization on building up project management competency cross globe
8. Facilitate Team Collaboration and Communication, globally
qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.S.M.E. preferred) or equivalent engineering education;
2. PMP certification (or equivalent) desirable
3. At least 5 years working experience
4. At least 4 or more years / project management experience leading multidisciplinary and international teams
5. Experience in developing complex products, and Large bill of material, Integration of multiple systems into complete product; modular platform design approach desirable
6. High proficiency in project management, global approach is desired.
7. Deep knowledge and rich experience on NPD process, equipment or home appliance will be preferred.
8. Good knowledge of corporate financial principles
9. General knowledge of engineering design and technical principles
10. General knowledge of regulatory approvals related to commercial and industrial products
11. Ability to understand how decisions affect: sales, warranty, customer satisfaction, product safety
12. Ability to analyze problems, handle conflicts and solve work related issues
13. Ability to early identify and manage risks for the project deliverables
14. Demonstrated leadership: ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and projects in a team environment
15. Excellent oral and written communication skills
16. Excellent Business English and Chinese is mandatory
