Job Summary:
The Innovation Co-op will be a critical part of the Corporate Affairs team, reporting to the Project Implementation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research, and analyzing emerging technologies and trends in the transportation fueling, energy and sustainability space. Such research will be used to help identify potential partners, startups and technologies for collaboration or new business opportunities. You will also support the team on the creation of business cases and presentations on innovative technologies, services and strategies that are relevant to Global’s customer base and markets. You may also help identify new customers and emerging markets.At Global Partners, business starts with people. Job Description:
Your Role, Your Impact
Perform deep dives and research into trends that impact the energy and transportation fueling space, and identifying relevant stakeholders, collaboration partners, and potential business opportunities.
Work on various analyses of our existing Electric Vehicle charging station fleet and assist in preparation of reports associated with site performance on a monthly basis.
Perform financial analyses of existing and new innovation projects as needed.
Support development of innovation partnerships.
Support Sustainability and Innovation marketing efforts as necessary.
Ad hoc support of other projects connected with existing partners and startup community.

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
Strong research and analytical skills, with an ability to synthesize complex information.
Excited about learning about innovations in the energy space.
Passion for sustainability, innovation and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment.
Be well organized and responsive to stated deadlines.

Pay Range:
$18.00 - $18.00The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
